Terms of Use

Last updated 2 November 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Peachr for using the Peachr app. Please read them, along with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, which are part of these terms. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Who can use Peachr

To use Peachr you must:

You can only have one account.

Your account

Your content

You own the photos, messages, posts and other content you add to Peachr ("your content"). You give Peachr a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display, copy and process your content only so we can run Peachr, show it to the people you choose, and keep Peachr safe. This licence ends when your content or account is deleted, apart from copies in backups that are removed soon after.

You’re responsible for your content. You must have the right to share it, and it must follow our Community Guidelines. Never share anyone else’s photos, intimate images or private information without their permission.

What’s not allowed

Our Community Guidelines explain the rules in plain words. In short, you must not use Peachr to:

Safety when you meet people

Peachr doesn’t run criminal background checks on members, and we can’t control what people do on or off Peachr. Take care when you chat and when you meet: meet in a public place, tell a friend where you’re going, and don’t send money. See our Safety Tips.

Safe date is a tool to help you keep a friend updated. It isn’t an emergency service. In an emergency, call 000.

Reports and moderation

You can report any profile, post or chat. Our moderators review reports and may remove content, give a warning, suspend an account or ban it. When we suspend or ban an account, we tell the person why when they open the app. If you think we got it wrong, email us and we’ll take another look.

For serious matters, such as threats to someone’s safety or anything involving a child, we may contact police. Creating a new account after being banned isn’t allowed.

Peachr+ and Boost

Our service

We work hard to keep Peachr running well, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can’t be excluded.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Peachr isn’t responsible for the behaviour of other members on or off Peachr, or for indirect or consequential loss. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about Peachr is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or AUD $100, whichever is more.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Me → Delete account. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if it’s needed to keep people safe, or if the law requires it.

App Store terms

If you downloaded Peachr from the Apple App Store: these terms are between you and Peachr, not Apple, and Peachr (not Apple) is responsible for the app and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you can tell Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation.
